Ali Kirchberger, Co-Owner & Certified Educator
With over 20 years of experience as a certified educator, Ali is dedicated to helping students thrive academically and confidently. As a trained Orton-Gillingham Associate, she specializes in structured, evidence-based literacy instruction grounded in the Science of Reading. Her expertise in curriculum development ensures our services are tailored to the specific heartbeat of each student.
In addition to her classroom experience, she serves as an educational consultant with expertise in curriculum writing and instructional design. She is passionate about developing research-based learning experiences that support diverse learners and equip educators with effective, practical strategies.
Her mission is to ensure that every child receives high-quality instruction that builds strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Jerrod brings over 25 years of experience in educational leadership to our center. As the backbone of Kindergarten & Beyond, he handles the business, scheduling, and smooth execution of our services, allowing our educators to focus entirely on your child.
Jerrod is recognized for his commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments and is fully equipped with up-to-date safety and first aid training. His leadership ensures that every family feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
Fun Fact: Jerrod is a published author and is currently working on an exciting new children’s book series!
